Meeting Notes <insert link to meeting notes> @Samuel Beane (Deactivated) or @Annie Zaino did anyone happen to take notes at the first meeting?
Major goals and/or milestones
Goal #1: Setup regular meeting schedule
Goal #2: Finalize core requirements
Goal #3: Share Station Design Diagrams and Photos from each subgroup
Goal #4: Fully outline key requirements from the matrix power system spreadsheet.
We have already pulled out the “primary” aspects, but should document all fully and provide an approximate percentage of systems that have differing requirements.

Goal #5: Design a V1 “blank slate” system with comment space on aspects of the design for all to provide input in an easily viewable shared way.
Goal #6: Create outreach event for staff to gather input and suggestions
Share “why the design is aimed in this direction”
How do you feel about that aim?
Should something be re-directed?
In your existing infrastructure are there critical components/systems/requirements that are being missed?

Goal #7: Begin gathering what will be desired and required for final design.
Clean and compact fully integrated system with built in connectors as well as fully manual to allow field flexibility. Work to source any manual connections to be tool-less, such as WAGO lever lock style connections.
As many inputs and outputs as feasible for all field conditions and as supported by internal component specifications.
Designed as a swap box? In a LORA this would be a O-level component that is easily field swappable which then can be returned to the shop of I/D-level inspection/refurbishment at the internal facility. This should still be easily field serviceable particularly for more complex logistical sites or customs clearance.
