station was power cycled during phone call

    SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

Remote Station checkup by local contact

    UPON ARRIVAL:

The station appeared to be in good condition.

    ACTIONS TAKEN:

A call was made to the Gustavus City Hall. The lady (name?) who answered the call was willing to go out and check on the station. She confirmed that the AC/DC convertor has the solid green light illuminated indicating power to station. She opened the cooler and switched to a Facetime call so that I could see the indicator lights. The Q330 and VIE lights all appeared normal. The RV50 cell modem signal and connection lights were alternating red blinks, almost as though it were rebooting. She power cycled the system by removing yellow and red ringed cables. Once plugged back in, the RV50 continued the same blink pattern and the station did not come back online. The local contact closed and locked up the cooler and offered to assist with future diagnostics if necessary.
